1. Find Work Abroad is Foreign Owned Limited Company Registered in China P.R.C
Our main office is registered in China P.R.C under the name 广州安天凡企业管理咨询有限公司. Registered LTD Co. (WFOE 100% foreign owned enterprise) Est. May 2012. Reg No:440101400111498 We are also registered as a Limited Company within Thailand under the name INFANTE Marketing and Consulting Co. LTD (49% Foreign owned company) Est. Oct 2013.
2. Individuals applying for positions listed on findworkabroad.com will be known as the candidate.
3. Adverts for positions listed on findworkabroad.com are available positions with companies/schools that have signed a contract with Find Work Abroad. All companies/schools are checked by Find Work Abroad staff and regularly monitored to ensure that jobs offered on the website are genuine and accurate.
4. Find Work Abroad is an agency which matches the candidate to companies/schools with the available positions.
5. There is no contract between Find Work Abroad and the candidate and no fees will be charged to the candidate.
6. All data held on Find Work Abroad’s database is on secured servers in USA, China P.R.C and Hong Kong S.A.R. All communications are secured using 256 bit SSL encryption.
7. Find Work Abroad will never disclose, distribute or sell client information without explicit permission from the candidate.
8. All candidate data held within Find Work Abroad database will be removed at the candidates request.
9. Personal information provided by the candidate will be dislosed to companies/schools in connection with job applications. No information will be given unless Find Work Abroad has first identified the position is still open and the candidate is suitable for that position. Find Work Abroad will never use personal information for any other reason without the written consent of the candidate.
10. After the candidate accepts a contract with a company/school, the candidate understands and accepts, responsibility to fulfill the terms stated in the contract are between the candidate and the company/school.
