We're recruiting Customer Service Consultants to join our fast paced and professional team who support customers with fair, ethical and realistic light management in Zhongshan city, Guangdong province. Our products about different kinds of lamp, light and chandelier, western style furniture, the main market is North America and South America.

Job Description:

*Confer with customers by telephone or email to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints through Amazon.

*Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems.

*Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.

Benefits:

*Monthly salary is 5000-6000RMB per month;

*Accommodation is provided;

*Business visa accepted;

*Single trip airfare ticket provided after completing one year contract;

*Working visa not provided;

Working Schedule:

*Monday to Saturday 8:00am – 6:00pm, Sunday off;

Qualifications:

*Thai,Filipino nationality;

*Female candidates only;

* Fluent in oral English;
