Since day one of Find Work Abroad, Our policy has been never to charge the candidate for finding a job in China.
At that time most recruitment agencies in China, were charging candidates 100% of their first months pay check just in agency fees.

The founder of Find Work Abroad, Atti introduced the new way of recruiting based on the UK recruitment approach at a time when all other recruitment agencies were charging the candidate for services.
Those agencies not charging any fees to candidates were taking a large chunk (sometimes up to 50%) of teachers monthly salaries and paying teachers half what they should have been paid if they went direct to the school.
The market has now changed
Within 12-months of Find Work Abroad opening it's doors a number of new agencies opened and many recruitment agencies simply dissappeared, while the few remaining ones changed their way of charging fees and followed the Find Work Abroad approach of charging the clients.
We not only guarantee you will never be charged any fees as a Find Work Abroad teacher, we promise a direct contract with the employer to ensure your salary is paid to you in full and not via a third party.
