Our schools are looking for teachers from the United Kingdom, Ireland, USA, Canada, South Africa, New Zealand, and Australia, between the ages of 23 years old to 30 years old. The candidate should possess a bachelor\'s degree (degree in Education preferred) with 2 years of teaching experience post-grad, but most importantly, possess good temperament and patience with children. We also prefer candidates who are able to provide reference letters/contacts or teaching footage. If the teacher does not have 2 years of teaching experience post-grad, then a TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certificate may suffice if the candidate performs well during the interview and live demo.
American Eagle Institute provides a full English curriculum for students between 3 - 16 years old. The school year isdivided into two semesters, but has summer camps held during July and August.
Our class sizes are limited to 12 students per class, and each teacher can have up to 4-6 classes during their school year (18-25 teaching hours/week). Wefrequently use educational games and music during our lessons in addition to the school\'s book work. We are also equipped with an interactive touch-screen television in every Early Starter classroom that has texts and animations from our textbooks.
Compensation & Benefits:
-Excellent base salary: 15,000 - 23,000RMB (*6,00 RMB of the base salary is based on successfully passing the Attendance for that month) per month before tax
-Monthly housing allowance: 3000 RMB
-Arrival 5 day hotel allowance on Provision of receipt: 1,500 RMB

We also have a 2-year contract option available for successful candidates who wish to remain in China longer or earn a higher bonus. The 2-year contract provides the same salary and benefits as a 1-year contract except we will provide an additional 5000 RMB to their Contract Completion Bonus, totaling to 23,000 RMB by the end of the contract.
