We are looking for English teachers to join our training center in Chongqing. We have 5 training centers in Beijing; Wangjing, Mudanyuan, Shuangjing, Gongzhufen, and Jinyuan districts inclusive. Welcome to join our first center in Chongqing immediately. Our center located in Chongqing business circle, in a famous mall covering the area of 120,000 square meters, including retail, supermarket, cinema, and food and beverage shops including Starbucks, pizza hut, Watson, COSTA Coffee, bakery and many more.

Requirements for English teachers:

-English Native Speakers or Non Native Speakers with fluent, clear perfect English accent

- Bachelor diploma

-120 hours TEFL/TESOL certificate

-At least two years teaching experience

- Energetic

- Flexible and positive attitude

- Professional, Creative and fun personality

- Appreciating and understanding Chinese people and culture

This position requires teaching in English; applicants with dancing, singing, music or drama backgrounds are preferred (Please send us the video of your dancing or singing)

For Non English Native candidates to process a working visa:

-Candidates must be from one of the 12 countries authorized by the Chinese government to work as teachers in China. For very strong candidates with at least 5 years working experience we can process a manager level work visa.

-We are a certified company to issue working visas to foreigners includes foreign expert certificates. We can also give spousal visas for those coming to work and would like their spouse to accompany them

Benefits:
-The base salary is between 8000RMB-10000RMB Per month depending on the teacher’s qualifications which includes at most 32 hours of teaching a month

-Any teaching hours over 32 hours in the month is paid at 100RMB per hour.(The average teaching hours per month for one teacher is 80 hours, so minus the 32 hours, one teacher will receive 48 hours salary plus the basic salary, means RMB 4800, the more you teach, the more teaching salary you can receive)

-3 month probation period from the official start date of the teacher.

-During probation the teacher will receive 80% of the base salary; no money will be deducted from teaching hour salary over the 32 hours during or after probation period.

-Z visa provided.

-Min 1500RMB, Max 4000RMB performance bonus per semester is provided

-5000RMB bonus for first year after completed the year contract

-5000RMB flight allowance per year, we can pay in advance if the candidates need.

Teaching Schedule:
-Classes in our centers run 2hours per class with a 5 minute break every 30 minutes.

-Classes are usually from 4-6PM and 6-8PM on weekday evenings and run all day during Saturdays and Sundays.

-Maximum number of students in center classes is 15 (average about 10)

-Classes are divided into regular (little to no English skills) and International (high English level skills)

-Students are aged from 4-14 years old
