Salary and Benefits

Salary:RMB 18000 after tax ?Base Salary: RMB 15000 + performance salary?RMB 3000?

Airfare Allowance and Pay Date?6000RMB per year ( at the end of contract)
Insurance:Basic Chinese health insurance
Apartment:1500RMB per month
Electric, Water and Internet bill: Including in apartment allowance
Overtime Allowance:250RMB per hour relate to teaching;165RMB per hour withour relate to teaching (if kindergarten required)
Holidays: Public Holiday: Chinese public holidays off, Christmas and New Year\'s Day off.Annual Holiday: 1st year teacher has 3 paid days\' annual leave.
Paid Annual Vacations? How Many? Half of the basic salary will be paid during the summer and winter holidays during the contract period.
