**Join Our Team as a Leader in English Education**
We are seeking an exceptional educator to lead our PYP English Department, responsible for developing and maintaining a progressive and effective English ESL curriculum from KG to G6. As a key member of our school's leadership team, you will be responsible for driving student success, leading a team of 15-20 English ESL teachers, and shaping the future of English language education in our school.
**About the Role**
As the Head of our PYP English Department, you will be responsible for:
* Developing and maintaining a world-class PYP English ESL curriculum, including learning and assessment methodology, from KG to G6
* Managing a team of 15-20 English ESL teachers, providing daily support, guidance, and feedback to ensure exceptional teaching and learning practices
* Observing, reviewing, and providing constructive feedback to teachers to inform performance management, teacher development, mentoring, and training
* Collaborating with other department heads and teachers to ensure a cohesive and aligned curriculum approach
* Staying abreast of best practices in English language education, researching new methodologies, and implementing innovative approaches to teaching and learning

**What We're Looking For**
* A degree in English Language, Education, or a related field
* A minimum of 5 years of teaching experience, with a proven track record of success in English language education
* Experience in developing and implementing effective curricula, preferably in a PYP or similar international education setting
* Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of teachers
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with teachers, students, and parents
