In our dynamic learning environment, you will be tasked with nurturing and educating children aged 3-6 years old. Your role will extend beyond teaching, to crafting stimulating English lessons and activities that promote language development and inspire a love for learning.
Your responsibilities will also encompass creating teaching resources, liaising with Chinese English teachers, tracking pupils' progress, and fostering solid relationships with parents. Thus, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a prerequisite for this position.
We insist that all candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree or higher, a TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification, and a minimum of two years of hands-on teaching experience with young learners. Additionally, Montessori certification is a non-negotiable requirement for this role.
