As an integral part of our team, your role as a Kindergarten Teacher will be multifaceted. You'll be the beacon of English learning, delivering lessons with patience and creativity. Your days will be filled with organizing stimulating indoor and outdoor activities that foster a love for learning. Lesson planning will be a critical aspect of your job, requiring innovation and adaptability.
Furthermore, you will be responsible for monitoring and documenting daily behaviors to foster individual growth and development. An added layer to your role will be ensuring class safety and adherence to our kindergarten's regulations, instilling a sense of responsibility in our young learners.
The ideal candidate for this position is a Native English Speaker, holding a bachelor's degree or higher. Essential to this role is an EFL teaching certificate such as TEFL/TESOL, highlighting your expertise in the English language. Your exceptional communication skills will be pivotal in this role, along with your ability to work collaboratively as a team player.
