Administrative Duties

Recruitment Work

1. Make a draft about recruitment Foreign teachers, plan and recruitment regulations

2. Build up channels of recruiting Foreign teachers and make sure all teaching staffs work in a smooth way.

Management of foreign teachers

1?Develop Foreign Teacher Workbook including job responsibilities, systems, assessment methods, life guides ,support foreign teachers with the most convenient information ;

2?Organize foreign teachers training systemand trainEnglish teachers

English teaching management

1?In-depth understanding of English teaching information especially local English teaching curriculum, reform, progress and develop our school English teaching characteristics and research direction

2?Develop the English teaching planand curriculum program, select and integrate related sections with our books

3?Research English teaching, planand organize weekly English teaching activities

Academic Supervision & Support

1?Assess classes and guide foreign teachers teaching work

2?Regularly record the evaluation of foreign teachers

3?Regularly organize teachers to carry out public classes, teaching and research classes, demonstration classes and shows

4?Comprehensive Management of English Teaching Materials and Archives

5?Access various types of English materials

6?Assist Chinese principal to communicate with students’ parents

Promotion of the school and Contribution to Wider School Activities

1?The construction of English teaching atmosphere

2?Organize and planlarge - scale activities

 To assist the department of marketing to organize international large-scale activities such as Christmas, Thanksgiving, Mother's Day and so on

3?To assist the department of marketing to recruit students (including publicity planning, enrollment reception)

4?Regularly organize distinctive English open day activities

5?Manage and guide to open or develop English interest classes

Qualifications:

*Bachelor’s Degree in Education or Education Administration

*Master’s Degree or above preferred

*At least 2 years of Education Management experience

*With early childhood education experience & Classroom/teaching experience

Benefits:

*30000RMB-40000RMB per month depending on your qualifications and working experience

*Work visa is provided

*Chinese and (some) Western holidays provided

*5000RMBairfare allowance provided after completing one year contract

Working schedule:

*Monday to Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm , weekends off
