Administrative Duties

Recruitment Work

1. Make a draft about recruitment Foreign teachers, plan and recruitment regulations

2. Build up channels of recruiting Foreign teachers and make sure all teaching staffs work in a smooth way.


Management of foreign teachers

1Develop Foreign Teacher Workbook including job responsibilities, systems, assessment methods, life guides ,support foreign teachers with the most convenient information ;

2Organize foreign teachers training systemand trainEnglish teachers


English teaching management

1In-depth understanding of English teaching information especially local English teaching curriculum, reform, progress and develop our school English teaching characteristics and research direction

2Develop the English teaching planand curriculum program, select and integrate related sections with our books

3Research English teaching, planand organize weekly English teaching activities


Academic Supervision & Support

1Assess classes and guide foreign teachers teaching work

2Regularly record the evaluation of foreign teachers

3Regularly organize teachers to carry out public classes, teaching and research classes, demonstration classes and shows

4Comprehensive Management of English Teaching Materials and Archives

5Access various types of English materials

6Assist Chinese principal to communicate with students’ parents

Promotion of the school and Contribution to Wider School Activities

1The construction of English teaching atmosphere

2Organize and planlarge - scale activities

 To assist the department of marketing to organize international large-scale activities such as Christmas, Thanksgiving, Mother's Day and so on

3To assist the department of marketing to recruit students (including publicity planning, enrollment reception)

4Regularly organize distinctive English open day activities

5Manage and guide to open or develop English interest classes



*Bachelor’s Degree in Education or Education Administration

*Master’s Degree or above preferred

*At least 2 years of Education Management experience

*With early childhood education experience & Classroom/teaching experience



*30000RMB-40000RMB per month depending on your qualifications and working experience

*Work visa is provided

*Chinese and (some) Western holidays provided

*5000RMBairfare allowance provided after completing one year contract


Working schedule:

*Monday to Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm , weekends off
