Academic Manager Duties:

*Providing mentorship for teachers and students;

*Providing leadership;

*Maintaining a good relationship with parents and the community;

*Communicating with parents ones in a while about students’ progress;

*Following the school’s administration policies;

*Being the liaison between Chinese management and foreign teachers;

*Attendance at mandatory meetings, trainings, and participation in all school activities;

*Supervise and discipline teachers;

*Helping to organize and coordinate school activities (Halloween event, Christmas, Easter, etc.);

*Providing help and consultation to foreign teachers to cope with the job;

*Creating a positive environment for teachers and staff;

*Inspire curiosity, thinking, interaction, and discussion on teaching materials;

*Design and implement improvement plans for struggling teachers;

Requirements:

*Native English speaker;

*Bachelor Degree;

*TEFL/TESOL;

*No criminal record;

*Clear Medical history;

*Previous childcare and teaching experience;

*Previous leadership/management experience;

*Capable with Microsoft office and touch screen technology;

Benefits:

*The salary is 17000RMB-18000RMB per month before tax depending on your qualification and teaching performance;

*Z visa and work permit provided;

Other benefits:

*Up tp 1000RMB-1200RMB as monthly meal allowance(on provision of invoice);

*Up to 3000RMB-4000RMB as monthly housing allowance(on provision of invoice);

Other yearly salary:

*6000RMB as bonus after completing a one-year contract;

*3000RMB travel allowance provided after completing a one-year contract(on provision of invoice);

*2000RMB as performance bonus distributed four times throughout the year;

*National holidays + 5 paid school holiday;

Teaching Schedule:

*Totally 40 working hours per week with most office hours to do the admin, training, marketing and teacher observations, about 2 teaching hours for 1-3 classes per week, Monday and Tuesday off;
